In the face of the evidence that SE isn't going to run right now, I've decided to scrap it for now and run this RPG. Starting in 17th century England, we shall follow the trail of Nathaniel Becken, former shipmate of the British Naval vessel Titan, now pirate, and his soon-to-be assembled crew.

I have something somewhat unorthodox planned for this RPG. Basically, this is the only thread I'll make for it, besides the game thread itself. There'll be no character sheets, and all tech and the like is established history. Your character may have already been contracted by Becken, or may soon be found by one of his men, or merely be looking for a ship and see the rather pretty Ancestor Dragon, all shiney boards and semi-legal cannons. Either way, you'll be introducing them in a post. I just want to see how this works.

Just a couple of facts:

Becken isn't a famous pirate. In fact, he's a complete nobody.

It's general knowledge that the Dragon is bound for America, presumably to sell whatever wares her captain has on board.

That's about it. Usual rules apply. No godmodding, keep bunny hopping to a respectable level and try to keep it fun. Any questions, gimmie a buzz.

Now, everybody, put on your ARRRRR faces.
