Rare Network problem

My problem is above

i have to computers, both installed with red alert + yuri (latest version)
both with winxp +sp2 + ipx etc

the old pc has no problem with the network
but my pc when i go to network i see players, but i can;t talk to them
and i cant create game, because it says "you must select a game"
when i make on the old pc a game..i can't see the game either to join

please help me

i have no firewall, i do have zyxel router 650h without firewall turned on
dont have a virusscanner

the screen of network just changes to strange network mode screen

Does this happen on both of the computers or just the one?

Ie. Does it let you create a game on either of the computers and then the other computer will not connect?

go to your desktop, rightclick and select preferenses. then go to tab: settings, press button advanced and change DPI size from 125% to 90% or something like that. will fix your overlapping problem
