Hello people, I'm new to the art of generals modding. Could anyone tell me what programs are needed to mod generals??? I would really appreciate it. Could you also post any helpful tutorials? Thanks!:p

Hey, welcome. Just remember a few things. One, never use that font again. Two, never use that size of font again. Three, it is spelled "assassin.":p
I don't mod so I don't know what you need, sorry.
Good luck though, and don't feed the Rolk!

Your sig had the word "assassin" misspelled just a few minutes ago ("Need and ASSASIN???"). You changed it.:|
Small spelling errors are no problem, so you should be alright.

As a start, you can use FinalBig to edit .big files. Since you're new that's all I recommend for now.

:drool:I already know about finalBIG. I opened a few BIG files and screwed about, but I still don't know how to make things like infantry and tanks. RA2 and TS uses OS SHP builder for infantry and buildings and uses VXL section editor for tanks and turrets. What does generals use? Anyone?:shifty:
