Are the moddding files for C&C 3 out

Are the moddding files for C&C 3 out yet? Can you extract them the same way you do with RA2 or is there another way...:chin:

i dont think so.
as i understand the programmes for modding cnc3 are different to the ones for ZH, and anything made in programmes such as renx wont work,
and the files in cnc3 demo are encrypted to the point where they cant be extracted.

PPM Site (http://www.ppmsite.com) has some already and a mod also to remove the 30FPS limit on the game.
