C&C3 OS BIG Editor 0.4 Beta

Banshee from Project Perfect Mod has released a new version of the OS BIG Editor, a user friendly tool to open and browse the .BIG files from C&C3. He said on the website that it will soon to be able to create and edit these files as well.

What on earth do we edit?

They want to support the mod community by making it 5x harder to mod?

I have had very limited luck in opening and editting the Big - INI files. I manage to add a 4th side easy but without construction yards or anything like that you still can't play.
