just read it below and tell me if it's worth continuing to be put forward to the war stories section on this site:

"Good morning sergeant Sanders" Nikolai called as he crossed the cafeteria, weaving inbetween the tables cluttered with used cups and plates. Nikolai was a tall man compared to Sanders and a good soldier, but he was a follower, not a leader. Both were wearing a small uniform with kelvar and radio's attached to the right shoulders. The GDI logo could be found on the side of each of the upper forearms and security was written across the back of the kelvar. Each of them carried a standard issue sidearm in a holster on their side but some personnel were known to carry personal sidearms a little more powerful. Sanders was about average height and weight with dark brown hair and and a face entrenched with scars. Nikolai on the other hand was built like an ox with blond hair. He had chiseled features and had not seen much combat.
"Good morning, did you get me that report?" Sanders called back.
"Not quite yet sir, still working on it"
Sanders and Nikolai worked at a small research outpost, the location classified and unknown by the outside except for top brass in GDI.It was built into the side of a recently formed mountain in Alaska.
They were part of the small security force on site to protect the scientists in case one of the specimen's were to escape or nod soldiers were to attack. Sanders got put in charge of the force of roughly 80 soldiers after he proved his worth on the field and was still waiting for the promotion he had been promised. If the outside world were to learn of the experiments being conducted in the facility then GDI could be disbanded for illegal activities.Luckly, certain... security precautions had been taken to insure this did not happen.
"What is taking so lo..."
Suddenly an alarm began to ring, displacing the calm atmosphere of before. "Nikolai, we'll continue this when whatever is going on is over. Get down to operations and radio me in on what is going down."
"Yes sir" Nikcoli yelled over the alarm, nearly tripping on a disgarded plate on his way out the door.

"Command, this is infiltration team four, diversion successfull, sensors are offline, continuing to main reasearch, out". The nod infilitration team was made up of three members. Mike, an explosives expert, John for communitions and Tim, an expert with commputers. All of them were black hand operatives and were wearing all black, completely covered by tight clothing except for slits for the eye's.
"According to the blueprints, a vent we can use should be just up ahead" Tim told the others.
"Jeeeez it's dark in here, I can't see a thing, and it smells like..." John whispered until he was cut off by Mike.
"Shut up John, we can't be detected or this mission is over" Mike wispered down from somewhere ahead in the small ventilation shaft. It ran underneath the facility and leads to outside one way, and a large fan down the other. It was once meant for emergency venting of toxic gases throughout the facility.
"Ahh hell, they won't hear anything, their too occupied with their ego's to hear us"
"I said stow it John" Mike replied, becoming red in the face as his anger grew.
"The vent is right about... here". Tim piped up. "We infiltrate here"

"Whats going on Nikolai, i need answers NOW!" Sanders nearly screamed over his personnal radio as he walked down the metallic hallway towards the weapons locker.Pipes ran along the walls, their purpose unknown by most of the personnel and the floor was basicly a metal grate, Sanders could see down to the hallway below. It had been five minutes since the alarm started and he would be at the locker in another two. Already several fully equiped soldiers could be seen running up and down the halls leaving a nice ringing sound behind them, the facility usually had an excellent response time, but today there was a heavy lack of information on what needed to be responded too.
"Sir the computers are all messed up, everythings going to have to be rebooted and then checked over by technicians. It's showing several false alarms. Computers are going to be down for awhile and that includes the sensors. Long range communication also seems to be on the fritz. Only small operations like opening and closing the doors on the holding pen can still be done."
"Are we under attack?"
"No way to truly know sir"
"Put everybody on full alert and post guards at the holding pens, im not letting those things sneak out. Then tell the tech boys up in the vehicle bay to prep the wolverines, just in case"
"copy that, will do sir".
