i have tried to duplicate what the ifv does onto other units. IE the whole send guys in to change the turret. And whenever i do it, all the turrets on the unit are invisible. I have entered all the stuff into art ini and all my voxels are named correctly. Wut iz goin on!?!

You can only have one IFV unit.

Right... forgot to mention that IFV logic is hardcoded to the [FV] unit.

i knew that from your past statement, but couldnt that mean deleting the current one and copying the code from the apoc to a [fv] tag?

You'd have to change the images of the original IFV to your new Apocalypse but that's easy to do. You MUST overwrite the original graphics or it will NOT work.

I believe that the rockpatch has IsIFV as a tag to make other units behave like the IFV, allowing you to have multiple IFV like vehicles.

i don't like making my mod require the user to download additional data though...:happysad:... doesn't matter. This thread is old enough that it hasn't been updated with the fact that my game is ****ed up beyond repair.
