Does anybody know how to make a new multiplayer-passive country? If so, how?

add it to all the listings in rules ini(the sides and stuff)
and then add the code for it to all the units that you want but especially the mcv
IE
owner=British,american,(whatevernewsideyouadded)

Add it like any normal addition. Just make sure you add it to the Neutral side.

I thought there was a tag that you add to make it multiplayer-passive.

MultiplayPassive=yes.
Check the Neutral country. It has the same tag. :p
