Just take away fog regrowth for campaign missions.

I don't feel like dealing with it on single player.

Why not just use one of the trainers available on "those sites" that kills the shroud? (dunno if I should name them, as they also have no-DVD files available)

In gamedata.ini, look for UnlookPersistDuration or something like that, that controls how long before it reshrouds the area, so I put it like 9999999.
