Modding contest

I am going to organize a modding contest. Simple rules. The contestants are to make a voxel for a vehicle and then make rules and art entries for it. Just attach the files and you are in. The goals this time are:

Mine layer.
The vehicle is to be able to lay a mine, move, lay a mine, etc.
It shall be tested on;

1.voxel purdiness 20
2.balance 10
3. easiness in use 20
4. efficiency 10
5. public vote 40
grand total of...................100 points!

contest ends 2 weeks from when this thread was made.
voxel has to be original.
