Download/purchase C&C3?

Does anyone know where i can download C&C3? I got planetside via www.direct2drive.com, and would like to do the same with tiberium wars. Iv searched D2D but they dont have it on there, does anyone know any similar sites where i can purchase & then dl the game?

I'm going to get it from overseas, here games are a rip off, especially those basterds at EB. (bought ra2 for $99.95 , then the next day my friend bought it from myer for 84.95
