As different as the uniforms are, we still wear the same belt, ****er. Got a few of those green tshirts too, but I can't wear them. They're fire resistant and in the Army only fuelers, flight crew, and tankers can use them. Bastards. Before I got that memo I threw away all my old tan shirts and replaced them with 3 packages of the green.

Then we, well, bash tons of watermelons through various events. I was the one who got to pick up all the chunks and throw them into our "Pit". Said pit was then used as the middle piece of the Tug-of-war event that happened at the end. A great day and we ended up raising a couple thousand bucks. :)

Here I am with a christmas tree. Last weekend my (extended) went on its anual christmas tree trip. We own a relatively big piece of land, all of it's wooded, and a part of it has a *lot* of fir and pine trees, so we always chop down our own christmas tree. That's me with ours. The snow was more than we've ever seen on this trip, and I got really cold because I didn't have enough clothes on :p

Hadn't checked this thread in a while. But yes we've thought about this before.

Watermelons have very little, to no nutritional value to them. They're water and sugar. Also, the fact that we more money than we spend for the watermelons means we're able to give back more to the community. All of the money that was earned, along with the thousands of pounds of food that we got from collecting during our Food Drive goes directly to the local food pantry :)

We delivered over two pickup trucks worth of food.
