ok.. sorry, should of made that clear!
Its nothing major, its just a trainer....
I'm learning to make them, and I figured the classics like RA2 etc was a good place to start. Just need someone to try it in game and tell me their opinion etc.....

do you mean a trainer like a cheat/hack for use in online play?

yes, a cheat/hack...
but doesn't work online, and never will.
Supported modes are:
Single Player Campaign, LAN and Skirmish

But what sort of stuff is it supposed to do?

what does it do:
freeze money
what it WILL do:
freeze power
instant build
change amount of money
whats the point:
because im learning how!
because its easier to turn on/off during game than add/remove a mod!

What do you mean by "freeze" power and money?
BTW, there are already tons of maps and mods that have instant build, and they all have one thing in common: they are awful. I recommend you test out your mod skills doing something else.
Other things to avoid:
-Ridiculous amounts of tech buildings/spy stats/nuke plants next to every start spot
-Gems covering 90% of the map or ore/gems that give you tons more money than usual.
-Derricks that give you thousands of credits
-Invincible units with tons of armor that launch nuclear weapons.

Freeze money as in, you have 4500 credits... you press control+F1 and your credits stay at that amount, no matter what you build. Thus, no need to mine Ore. The reason I've done that is that in a real world scenario, if your country was at war... would you harvest a field to build a tank???? I just think the scale / blanace is way off and the "ore" side of it is a bit silly. I mean, C&C 3 Tiberium Wars is fine, because thats what the war is about, but in the eary C&C's... its just a pointless restriction.
I will point out however that this enables you to have a MASSIVE army at NO cost except time to build. This makes the single player side of it pretty pointless as you can build an army to conquer most missions. However, this ability works very well in multiplayer / skirmish where you can have some MASSIVE battles!! I must also point out the trainer freezes ALL PLAYERS money, not just yours (including AI). This is on purpose, in the interest of being fair! :)

What do you use to make the trainers? I've been interested in this for a while and want to learn how to make my own.

For older games, which used fixed memory address's, its very very easy. for newer games, which use a thing called "dma" (dynamic memory address's) its a little bit more tricky.
I recomend you read up on this tutorial, it makes it VERY straight forward:
http://www.cheathappens.com/tut_bastrro0t.asp?tutID=3
Makes it so easy, only take you maybe 10 minutes! I recommend you use this tutorial with Red Alert 2. Works like a charm.

The whole point of the idea of harvesting orw was made clear ever since the tutorial of the game... Obviously, the ides of mining ore came from the tiberian series, and both do the same thing, the ore refineries convert the ore into war materials by mutating an atom in the ore (same way with tiberium I'm pretty sure). Besides, SuperUnlimFast maps go on and on and on and on and on and on and on forever and no one can win untill someone misses a click or something... the whole point of the game has shifted from strategy to clicking fast.

However, this ability works very well in multiplayer / skirmish where you can have some MASSIVE battles!!
Large, laggy battles with no skill. Click on the tank button 30 times and the rockie button 30 times. Then build up to battle lab and get an extra WF and barracks to be safe. Click on prism tank button 30 times and re-click your rockies. Alternate between prism towers, patriots, and AFC ASAP and queue up buttloads of harriers.
Hey, now every single player has 30 grizzlies, 30 prisms, 60 rocketeers, a huge harrier fleet, and a nearly impenatrable web of base defenses. Now move all your forces into the middle and it's a total crapshoot who wins. Might as well just each pick a card from a deck and whoever gets the higher card wins the game of RA2.
