Whenever I try to uninstall red alert 2 or yuri's revenge, I click on the button and then a little message pops up saying
"cannot find game directory"
errr... if anyone knows how to fix this or what this message means... can you tell me please?

I was just on google for about 2 hours looking for the solution to the same problem. It turns out something got messed up in my registry. All the YR directories were set correctly, but the RA2 directories were set to some random folder on my desktop.
The fix: Start >> Run... >> regedit >> Edit >> Find >> Red Alert
Hit F3 (find next) until you find a string with the name "InstallPath" with a directory in the data slot. Double click on it and change the directory to where ever you have RA2 installed. Make sure the end of it is still RA2.exe though.
And I wasn't even trying to uninstall it, I was just trying to reinstall the shared internet components. But it said I didn't have RA2 installed. So then I tried to uninstall everything, and it gave me that error.
Hope that helps :)
