There is a line on the in game Stats page, second from the bottom I think, that reads " number of times formation preview used ".
Does anyone know what this is for ?
Or what "formation preview" is ?
Thanx

formation preview is when you press and hold the right mouse button, then press the left mouse button and hold it, and then drag your mouse acros the field when a unit is selected. It will give you a preview of how the unit will be located when it has moved. Very handy tool with scrin warships and getting your mommy's in line

basically, click the right mouse button then holding the right mouse button click and hold the left mouse button where you want the units to move to, so u are holding both at the same time, then drag and around to change formation while holding both buttons.
It's basically formation move. A very cool feature, but very few know about it, as its quite hidden.

I think it guides you through it in the tutorial (it was something else to do in the demo!)
