I made a new single player map. I named the map (in the folder)

It should save it as a .map file if you save as all01umd, or sov01umd.

I know it SHOULD save as one. But it's not. I have a question though. There are 2 steps to save the file in Final Alert 2. Do i name it all01umd or sov01umd in the first or second step. Thanks!

When creating a new single player map, click single player. Then save as all01umd (or sov01umd). Then save options will come up for map name. If you have more then one single player map in your Ra2 file you will either take out the other file or name the new one as all02umd or sov02umd. I hope this was helpful.

well, If u miss the first part on how to save it in your ra2 folder, when you have to name it allumd1 or whatever, you save it as allumd1.map. In the first part. Otherwise your map is corrupt and RA2 can't read it as a singleplayer

Make it even easier... change the extension with Windows Explorer. :p

SP = Neutral
MP = Neutral House

Question. Where is the windows explorer lol.

Windows explorer is what displays all your windows in XP or 98 what ever.
