Damaged Buildings.

I'm making a working new singleplayer. And i want to know how to make like a old damaged prisim tower or somthing like that. Because it's a mission where u start on a island with american seals ready to kill the french because od betrayal. I want to know how to make this prisim tower old because the french base Used to be there. All that was left was 2 old prisim towers. Any help?I'm making a working new singleplayer. In final alert, double click on the towers. There will be a bar for strength, slide the bar down for more damage to the towers. This will also work for other buildings you might want damaged on the map when you start it.
