View Full Version : Most Amazing GDI mirror you will probably ever see

Hands down the best game I have played so far, and one of the best I have ever seen. I won't tell you anything about it other than its a GDI mirror on Tournament Arena, and its very long (23 minutes) and very, very, close.

Wow... it looked like blue had it won in the first 5 mins but kered managed to survive. He was like michael wittman with that friggin elite predator, it went all over the battlefield, shame when it died. Blue again! almost won at the end until pink popped out a couple of mammoths. Very good individual tank commands, good use of the reverse mode.

Which player were you derek?

Nice one Derek. That was pretty awesome how the fighting would shift from one base to another. (You're lucky you had that auxiliary base; if he'd gone after that you'd lost). An awesome replay. Nice job. :D

Not really. He knew I had that base the entire time, anyone would have a refinery near the blue tiberium, but his first target was always the middle field, as it should be, and by the time he was ready to attack my expansion his forces were always too weak.

Tournament Arena comes with all versions of the game. You don't need to download it.

And unfortuneatly, it's also the blandest map of the bunch, with absolutely zero terrain features and nothing but flat green park fields. EA might as well just added some starting points, tiberium, and tib spikes, then shipped it out!

I watched that replay last night...nice work. That lone star predator was like an itch the enemy couldn't scratch. :D

...also I think your opponents mistake was going for the throat to early while not covering his butt.

Yep, really not a very good map. Imbalanced too, a good Nod can't lose on it. I usually play Pipeline Problems.

You gotta be kidding me: you actually WANT this kind of map!?! :wtf:
What he means is that at least there is not a map thats even blander than that.
