This tutorial shows you how to place a Tiberium Field, that looks exactly like the ones in the official maps.
Please note, you do not need to manually place the Tiberium Crystals, they grow when the field is planted!
1/-
First place your Tiberium Field object with the Place Object Tool located in the bar across the top of your map view. They are located in: /ByNativeType/Neutral/Misc_Natural/TiberiumField or /ByNativeType/Neutral/Misc_Natural/TiberiumFieldBlue.
2/-
Once placed, it is generally good to 'wear down' the area around the Tiberium field, so it looks as if Tiberium has erroded the area. Generally good to paint a texture that looks rough (Type/Dirt/DirtRedZone16-256 for example). But do not BLEND the texture yet!
3/-
Outside that area, paint a different texture around that one, to show the earth is re-growing around the Tiberium. For example:

4/-
You may notice your Tiberium field looks a little wierd due to the 'hole' where the Tiberium is growing out of, seems to be covered:

This is easily fixed. Go to your paint Single Tile Tool, and in the Object Properties window, down the bottom, select the 'Visibility' dot.

And now paint the inside of the Tiberium Field with this, so it removes all the visible terrain. If you make a mistake, simple check the Visibile dot, above the Not visible dot, and re-paint the terrain.
Your Tiberium Field should look like this:

You can also fiddle with the Tiberium Field's properties. Simply select it with the Select and Move Tool and in the objects properties, move over to the Tiberium tab:

Radius: How far the Tiberium Field grows.
Max Field Value: How much, maximum, the field can grow too.
Starting Field Value: How much Tiberium the field initially starts with.
Field Lifetime Max: Set this if you want the field to die after a certain amount of time
Resolution: Unsure, I never fiddled with it.
Cluster Scale Factor: Perhaps something to do with the Nod Tiberium Missile?
Cluster Power Factor:Perhaps something to do with the Nod Tiberium Missile?
Growth Rate(secs): Every ## seconds, the Tiberium grows.
