I don't know if you guys already know but you can now use prebuilt bases on skirmish maps.
All you do is place your objects then put them on team "Player_X" where X is put the players number, so basically you would put buildings & units at that players starting point :)
When you add skirmish players in the Edit Player List Player_1 & Player_2 Player_3 & Player_4 automatically get added, you need to manual add Players 5,6,7,8. But it works :D.

Im not to sure about this, didn't really use the zh wb that much :S

In this test map pic, Player_1 top left will always start with this base :D, the good thing is if no player selects that spot (Player_1) in the menu then the base doseint exist, so you have no neutral buildings that would be there :D, you can make great defense maps :) you can also use teams (teamtypes) and spawn reinforcements for the players you wish :) i don't think the zh wb would let you do that in skrimish im not sure again.
so even if I decide to play as GDI, I will get a NOD baracks?

Also "plyrcreeps" team seems to attack all players on the map (they dont seem to attack buildings though S) im assuming its used for the corrupter weapon when infantry are turned in to viceroids.

i tried giving each player all three cranes (& a power plant). When you add this to the MCV, you get 4 construction build queues which is a bit hard for a player to manage effectively...

Although viceroids don't rape buildings and entire bases like in the older cnc games, they still do attack buildings in cnc3, so plyrcreep might be something else.
Either way, nice find. Oh and how did you get your walls so straight? Is there a click + drag way to do it or must you put every segment down individually?

Just pace like 4 individual ones straight using the zoom or ruler tool then copy and paste the selected piece. Repeat.
I am still working on trying to script for skirmish-made maps to resemble singler player missions. Don't know why EA waited so long with that part of the editor and I hope its integrated with the current WB rather than separate,

yeah those where the good old days, always liked getting as many viceroids to follow a fast unit then head to the enemy's base :D.

Just what Kinetic said alot of copying n pasting.
im sure back when i used The ZH WB There was a fence tool? but i cant find it in Tiberian wars WB :S.
