Hey,

I was wondering in what time you ppl can obtain a victory vs. an easy, medium, hard or brutal AI.

So, just post your side (GDI, NOD, Scrin), AI side (GDI, NOD, Scrin), your time and which map you played!

under 8 minutes for all ai's (cept brutal) with all factions

I usually take @ least 20 minutes... but then again, I like to use the front door with all factions using a whole number of different vehicles etc :/

and besides, I usually play 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 (or 3 vs 5 :P)

An easy AI, it usually takes me 10/15 minutes with GDIs.. i like to test units.
Never play a Medium or Brutal AI yet.

I easily cream the medium AI, haven't even tried the hard yet.

Umm on skermish i have killed Medium AI in like 10 mins but im not sure for hard and easy never remembered lol:)(played brutal balanced once and got killed in its second attack lol,havent played it since lol)

I can take on a Hard balanced GDI or a Hard Steamroller Nod, but a Hard Scrin Guerilla or Hard Rush Nod pretty much pwn me every time.:irked:

I have yet to attempt to take on a Brutal though.

Just for the fun I played Nod vs easy GDI at tournament Arena. Just became a sport to anihilate it as fast as possible...

Fastest time was 4m 44 sec. But it isn't that hard though and I didn't had anything else to do ;)

I currently am trying to beat a hard horde AI, especially if it is the scrin against you, you will have a hard time, since you can't use infantry in buildings with these buzthings flying eround. infantry inside buildings when facing nod is quite some strategy since they won't make black hands and dragon tank fast, and if they do, they are easily eliminated. much less then the gdi grenade throwers. what a fuzz... once a nade flys, the only thing one can do is unload the units inside the building. damn things... GDI doesn't seem to have anything... vehicle kind that can clear buildings

I've done 6 minutes against Medium, Hard, and Brutal AI using the Scrin.

However, when playing the GDI or Nod, I need more than 8 minutes to topple Medium AI, 10 minutes to topple Hard AI, and 15 minutes to beat Brutal AI (this brutal one is really really crazy).

Aprox 5 minutes against a Brutal AI

I simply made MCV rush, then train a saboteur, once I sent it to capture its conyard the AI sold it... :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Then Imade the same tactic with its war factoy, and that's it, game over I won :color1:

Pd It was so cool...

Oh yes, the replay, would tray to upload, but dont know where.
Anyway, just use this tactic in small maps, the rest is just to avoid saboteurs to be killd by the infantry of the sold building (build antinfatry towers)

All right, I repeated the strategy and now it took me 40 secs more to defeat the brutal AI, but the result is the same, so here we go with the screens:

That tactic doesn't work too well at times though, especially if your enemy ends up producing an anti inf turret as soon as he sees your MCV (or in the comp's case, the moment it starts to create buzzers or raider buggies, which often happens pretty quick).

Well, it's more difficult to make this work with a real player (omg, not the trademark) of course human inteligence can create counters to this tactic in few secs (just to simply redeploy the MCV can be enough, In a previous game I crushed an enginner with my MCV), but AI cant, I am taking advantage of preprogrammed parameters, the same parameters that make the AI able to spam tens of Predators can be used against it.

And that's why if have been in command of human forces Iwould have defeated Zero-One in Matrix :beer:

PD: just a joke, those AI of Zero-One were all ultra-brutal, but anyway, a bit of off-topic, Wachowsky brothers forgot nuclear weapons generate an EMP, the machines should have been stopped by the nuclear strike of the human nation.

A nuclear device ANYWHERE creates EMP; it's amplified and spread out more in the stratosphere.
