Hello everybody ! I'm very noob when it comes to WB, having never actually completed anything. But I'm willing to learn it, especially since there is just so much to experiment layout- and tacticswise (and maybe because I want to do a map where I could actually own online :shifty:).
But before I set out, I need to ask a couple of things (I tried looking for threads as well as the manual and tutorials for answers here at the Den).

Third: The start positions. How do I set them?
Hopefully I don't offend anyone or make myself look too stupid asking simple stuff like this.
The Editor I assume you downloaded comes with a tutorial that explains how to add in players to your map.
Go to Start - My Computer - Local Disk C - Program Files - Electronic Arts
Then you'll see your C&C3 folder. Open it up, and inside you'll see the World Builder Manual. It's in wordpad. Can't miss it.

Thanks for help.
There's also a 'readme' file that came with the editor that has a quick start tutorial that tells you how to set the player starting positions. I'm gonna have to write up some tutorials for peeps I suppose...when I get time.

Waypoint mode. When you put down a waypoint, check the editor box for a dropdown menu there will be "Player X Start" options to choose. Make sure that waypoint is still highlighted.
