mission 5 stowaway problem

im sposed to be done w/ this mission but it tells me i dont have the submarine key card even tho i have all 3. red, green, and yellow. theres no more enemies that i know of. ive searched the entire place at least 5 times to see if i forgot something. does anyone know wat the problem is? ive approached the 3 gdi prisoners in the submarine area and nothin happens.

Yeah I got the same problem, you have to do the objectives in order, I got the submarine security card first and got the prison security card at the end and it wouldn't let me finish the mission. You can either patch the game or you can go online and find a walkthrough for the mission which explains which objectives to get first.
