I like playing 2v2, though I don't know if any of the maps out there are very balanced like TD. Have any suggestions?

Fallen Empire is the best balanced 2v2 map. However, 2v2 is less balanced than 1v1 (for understandable reasons).

Ok, thx man. I guess having an Air Force on your side kinda makes the game uneven no matter what, huh?

Yep. AF + anything > All.

Dogs of War is also very balanced. And its prettier. Try it out. ;)

While not exactly an answer but related with:

Trying 2vs2 mirror teams is (while not that diverse) an option to improve balance in many maps and is not so boring as a 1vs1 mirror is. Try various mixes of mirrored teams, or at least if there's an USAf ingame then must be one for each team. :|

i think lone eagle is also a map often used online, but it favors usa and gla. and its kind a turtle map

same thing goes for tournment island

Tourmenant B is good. I find FE kinda bland, and TI is just, yeah. Lights out makes for an okay game also.

Lights out is too bunkerish. Tournament Island is terrible (its the Final Crusade of 2v2s), Dogs of War is alright but not great, same for Lone Eagle. You're right that Fallen Empire is somewhat bland (mainly because it lacks any terrain features except supplies and the bridge), but its still the best map.
