Due to special circumstances, I have made the decision to lift the bans on the following members. It's entirely up to them if they wish to return and can conduct themselves according to the rules of the DGNF.

I'm glad this is over. I can't speak for SW and AI, but to Bill I would say... I don't think you're a bad guy, just maybe you could have handled things better, and you said as much yourself. Thanks for the apology.

Sorry if I sound cynical and ungratful (although I certaintly *might* be the later), but to be honest - I'm not sure I even want to be on a forum that bans somebody for insinuating that maybe, just *maybe* Bill was good at typing 'Bill gives Lion head'. Kudos to Bill for being a man and accepting being stepped down with good grace though, like I said - It's a baby step, but hey, it's the first thing I have seen that proves maybe he will be ready for the position one day.

But look, I'm going to cut all the bravardo and be honest - I've been here for something like fives years now, and I know I'm not the most stable minded member there is. I know I kick off, and I know I can be an arrogant son of a bitch sometimes. But surely you don't believe I'd go all the way to being banned just because some retard got appointed as staff? There are more serious issues (for me) with the way things are run here, things happen that I find frankly appalling (like the aforementioned incident of the head giving), some people's attitudes here grate me beyond belief and there are days when I do wonder why the frag I'm actually here, or even if I actually belong here. I love the DEN, it's my home on the 'net afterall - But most of the time it doesn't feel like it, and these recent events have just made me feel like a stranger in a very strange land.

It's like I said in my final statement, I'm not sure I can respect many of the people who run this place again - And I'm not sure I can ever feel part of the 'community'. I know my previous post laid the blame at the staffs door, but there's so much about the general membership of this forum that really does my head in as well, and has for awhile now.

So yeah, we'll see - Though it might've been kinder for everyone to have just left me be. God knows I was happy enough being Banned. :sleep:
