Hi can anyone help me on how to create a new country? For example "China" and the player can select it and play with it.
THX

Unless you have the Rock Patch, which is now dead, you can't.

errr... I've done some research on the RP lately and I've noticed that there is no hint of HOW the guy did this. If someone knows...

I just thought I'd pop this in here 'cause I didn't find it worthy of it's own new thread...

Is there any way to make a new side using Tib Ed? I could make a supervillain side...

lol don't use tibed unless you are like first week new to modding. You're way better off using notepad

TibEd isn't even good for the first day! Far better to use XCC (http://xhp.xwis.net) and maybe some OS tools (http://www.ppmsite.com) while you're at it... and of course learn with ModEnc (http://modenc.renegadeprojects.com) and Dee's guides (http://www.deezire.net).

Yes, the guides are good, or you could do it my way; I'm almost completely self taught when it comes to rules.ini modding. All the help I ever had was reading the section that had all the valid flags and thier uses written down in plain english, other then that I just learned how to mod by myself.

The Guide is a great help because it lists tags not present in the rules comments.
