If you've noticed, we have recently done a pruning of all old threads to help trim down database sizes in light of all the effort required lately relying on it to keep things going after this recent server move. Effectively, all threads that had a last post in it older than three months have been permenantly removed. The only exempt forum was the Creative Corner (and RPG Forum) where most likely archived threads are still read more often than ones in the other sections.

Don't worry, your post counts haven't been changed to reflect this. :p

Is that why the rep. I have given and/or received has disappeared also?

If that rep was for those posts deleted, yes. It doesn't actually remove the event from ever happening (i.e. it changes your victim's rep back), just the record of it in your User CP.

Is that why I've been getting this "Database Error" every time I tried to connect to DGNF for the past couple of days? :chin:

Moo, did you get rid of all the posts in the Denbusters forum then?

Edit: Yargh, that whole forum is gone.

now if you'd be able to remove those blasted neg reps from over three months ago, then your own rep would be considered well deserved amongst the rest of us.

That forum has been gone for ages :p

But I have to say this sucks, I frequently referred back to old threads (especially the first really n00by ZH thread I made), but I guess without any crashes this forum was getting a bit bloated :dead:

Maybe for YOU, Derek. It was still readable for me, though locked. :p

It was readable for anyone who knew the URL itself to go there. :p
