Is there anyway to make a vehicle cloner ? Liike the Cloning Vats except for vehicles ?

With older versions, but recent ones were better about it.

Not at all. RP 1.07 is far more stable then 1.08. Infact, it was good before CNCVK got his hands on it. PD actually was able to keep it quite stable, but CNCVK added things, which made it unstable and could not resolve it.

RP1.10 was pretty good but he removed it so it was never fully tested.
