downloading maps and mods

Does anyone know how to fully download maps and mods? once it says the download is complete it just goes to the WinRAR screen and wont tell me how to finish the download.

i mean once i download them and click open it takes me to a screen that says WinRAR at the top and wont tell me how to finish installation and put the maps on the game

If it's a RAR, it will bring you to the WinRAR screen. Extract it. IDK where to put custom maps though :\

Yeah i tried that but every time it says access is denied

when downloading maps click save not open

if you clicked save then it will save the file to a folder under .rar extension then find the file, right click on it and unzip it.

if you open then (because i have always clicked save) i assume it will open winrar and then you can extract it to another folder

it is much easy to click save
