Problem playing YR.

Hi.

I just got a new Alienware laptop, and I've been installing all my old games on it, including Yuri's Revenge. However, there seems to be a problem. Whenever I try to play the game, the game freezes on the EA logo, and I have to Force Quit. I have tried installing it with two different disks, and i's always the same result, which leads me to believe that it has something to do with the settings on the computer.

Any suggestions?

here's what might be wrong:

1-your computer doesnt have enough memory left after installing the other games.

2-Yuri's Revenge has been corrupted

3-your graphics card might have problems

If you just got it then chances are its Vista causing the problems...If youre running XP then use compatibility mode...

My computer doesn't have Vista, for one, and it had an overabundance of memory, for two.

I also noticed that it doesn't play RA2

try this (mabye)

right click your shortcut to the game, click properties, then compatibility, then select run in comp... for win 98 / me .
