hello, it would seem that the number of rep points that I have somehow change sometimes possibly due to the changing rep score of the people who repped me, or is it something else because this would probably be the case considering some people repped me multiple times though I wonder if it's attached to other member's rep score. can someone tell me what's going on?

Once a rep is given, the value is etched in stone, and does not change if the giver's rep power is changed.

well apparently, it seems like you use 1 rep point to give out a rep to someone which seems to be the case... who in turn are repped by you sort of according to your difference in post count and your rep power which seems to be nerfed according to said post count difference though people with low post count and a relatively low rep power seem to be exempt from this as they are able to rep you fully based on their rep power.

I think that was between Chinese and Egyptian.

As Far as I know, the changeable rep will not change the rep power given to you.
