im trying to find it out myself but i think so

It's the same as creating any other unit. Replacing is usually reserved for modifying countries. Anyway, adding a new unit is very simple. Copy and unit's entry from the rules file and paste it somewhere, preferably by your custom units or right below the one you're copying. Change the values as you see fit. Then change the [UNITID] to something new and add it to the proper list; considering this is an infantry, use the list. Make a weapon and warhead using the same basic procedure, adding your warhead to the [Warheads] list. Then go make an art entry using the exact same [UNITID] from the rules file. Additionally, you should have new art to go along with the new infantry. The file should have the same name as the [UNITID] from the art file.

Yes. That's a cameo. I use another method, but go the easy route and grab the OS SHP Builder (http://www.ppmsite.com). It'll spit out cameos perfect for RA2... the only thing is that you need a base image first.

Easy. Make a new mind control weapon and set the damage obscenely high. 100 to 150 should be sufficient though. Keep in mind though, this only works in [i]Yuri's Revenge!

The MasterMind won't be of any help. It has InfiniteMindControl=yes set on it but that allows it to control past its limit, which then ties into the OverloadX tags in the [General] section.

You can't alter the limit in the Yuris in RA2? And why would you set the DAMAGE high?

Because the damage of its weapon is what affects how many units the mind-controlling unit can mind-control (I know this, because I did an experiment in my earlier days of modding YR and I set the damage for the MasterMind's weapon to 20 and removed the "InfiniteMindControl=" thing and it could control 20 units.).

No. The logic wasn't introduced until Yuri's Revenge.
Damage, in this case, is the amount of objects the unit can control. It links with the MindControl=yes tag. Westwood used damage as a controller in other areas like EMP and Temporal (chrono beam) weapons. Damage on EMP is duration and damage on Temporal is the amount of time it takes to remove an object in conjuction with its HP.

i reckon the designers of cnc3 put the mastermind in there to give us a little clue to what yuri prime will be like when RA3 comes out
meaning if they can make a mastermind take over a building or a unit then all they have to do is edit the image and turn it into a yuri prime ready for RA3
for the prism tank they can use the laser from the avatar
and for the nuke truck they can use a nuclear bomb with shorter range and a little less damage power or the cluster missile
for the snipers they should keep the range power that the gla sniper had
for the americans a plane comes in with units in parachutes
by the way for anyone reading for a mod try changing the transport capacity of the flak track to 20 then make the nuke trucks go into the flak track then in the game put about 5 or 8 Ntrucks into the flak track and then send it into the enemys base flak gets destroyed then bomb trucks come out and BOOM!!! Damn Suckers

I will give you one (1) reason why your post was a bad idea.
0)Your post is somewhat off-topic.
