You can't. You have to add new tracks via the theme(md).ini.

Extract the INI file and As he said it has to be a mod for it to work not a map.

Same way you would add a unit.
Make a new entry in the theme file, change it as necessary and add it to the themes list.

I know that much, but i mean what would you type for the name of the song and what format does it have to be in?

4 bit stereo IMA ADPCM WAV format but you can use standard PCM WAV files as well.
Define "name." If you mean how to reference it, that's the name of WAV itself or if you mean UI, that's the same as anything else.

Hurmph. I tried this not too long ago, I had everything set up perfectly, but my music wouldnt play. I had it in WAV format and everything. I later checked it out and found that the Bit rate for the game songs was 177, whereas the bit rate for my songs was 1411. Does the bit rate make any difference or did I just do something wrong that I haven't figured out yet? If it is the Bit rate's fault than I am helpless since my media player can only copy WAVs in 1411 bit rate.

PCM is the usual WAV format you get with most converters, especially the crappy one built in with XP MCE. They can be used but the file size will be bigger.
