map making

Im decent at making maps like terrain and buildings etc etc, but thats not what i need help with. Ive played great maps with lots of cool stuff using water like one with a broken damn that wouldnt allow you to cross for 10 min and another where if you destroyed damn you could flood the valley in front of your base. Cool stuff like that and others with trains and other neat little things. So what im asking for is someone to help me learn these things be it a guild of people that could teach me and walk me through it or guides. Ive got xfire:meshy911 and i would gladly get on Ts or Vent to chat and learn some stuff. Ive read many many guides but none have what im looking for. I hope someone can help me out.

Well, despite this being in the wrong forum, I think you should read the tut over at cnden.com http://cncden.com/worldbuilder/ I think you should also watch/read Thomasalan's over at cncmaps.com you'll also find a tut on how to make a dam with a realistic wave! But I think it'll only work with single player if you want it as realistic as it is in the Generals campeigns. http://www.cncmaps.com/mapmakingvideo.html
