The same Yuri?

In the Red Alert:Aftermath mission "Brothers in Arms", one of the two arms dealers is Yuri Molotov. Could he be the same Yuri that appears in RA2 and YR?

I don't know if the Counterstrike/Aftermath missions are part of the cannonical storyline. Some of the stuff is too ridiculous to fit even considering that it's C&C and somewhat sci-fi-ish, and it doesn't make sense they would be used once and never tried again. E.g. Monster Tanks, Volkov in the mission where he's powerful enough to defeat an entire tank division by himself.

Their existence is canonical. I don't know if the way Volkov works in DeM is canonical - I sure hope that because it's totally preposterous.
