Memo/Sticky Note Program

I'm in need of a program that can let me make a type of sticky note that I can either stick on my desktop or have a document where I can view the plans/notes.

I've tried some similar ones but they haven't seem to meet my needs. They're more like daily planners, I just need something in general to help me organize my week.

I would like something FREE, hard to find yes, but If I must pay it will have to be AMAZING!:drool:

Microsoft (boo, hiss, etc. etc.) OneNote also fufills this purpose.
