"Oh no! Not another map that isn't worth the transfer or download time.. " I hear you say. Well this isn't one of them, I have tested it online and for the biggest possible size of map, it plays well online and the transfer time wasn't that long.
The title speaks for itself, it is a scaled down map of the world where the best way to conquer 'over-seas' bases is by colonising other areas. The only way to keep up with your enemies is by controlling vast sections of land where the tiberium will fuel your empire.

I think this'd be better in the mapping section, but I like the concept of the map. I'll download it and take it for a spin.MUNGOVINSWORLDDOMINATION

According to www.dictionary.com (http://www.dictionary.com), spam is typically described as: Unsolicited messages, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail. Keeping this definition in mind, we consider spam on these forums to be:
Repetitive posts: Member's posting multiple times in the same topic, the exact same thing in multiple topics, or multiple threads on the same topic deliberately.
Nonsense posts: Posts/Threads that totally do not make any sense and have no point to them.
Short posts: Repetitive postings that adds nothing to the discussion at hand (one word or short posts, a lone smilie etc.) unless the topic specifies it.
Off-topic posts: If the thread starter specifically asks not for their thread to go off topic, those posts that do are considered spam.
Note that repetitive posts are considered "Spam." Although there is is a semi-legitimate reason for the original "re-post," as he had originally posted the topic in the C&C3: Tiberium Wars (http://forums.cncden.com/forumdisplay.php?f=41) subforum, no such excuse exists for the other two, which were posted literally within five minutes of one another (1:31 PM in the C&C3: Tiberium Wars Modding (http://forums.cncden.com/forumdisplay.php?f=52) subforum, 1:35 PM in the C&C3: Tiberium Wars Map Editing (http://forums.cncden.com/forumdisplay.php?f=53) subforum).
Additionally, if he were going to copy the entire post wholesale, he could have used the Edit button to erase the original post and replace it with a message along the lines of "Thread relocated to appropriate region of the forum. Find it here (http://forums.cncden.com/showthread.php?t=21073)."
