The NPatch. What is it exactly?

As I understand, the NPatch is a renamed Rock Patch (I think) or something. I have several questions. 1. The title of this thread, 2. Where do I find it, and 3. Is it worth my time and effort to download it?

i remember theese exact words from you in an earlier thread fenring: You can always use the NPatch, but it sucks something feirce.
I believe this was in response to my question about the new superweapons.

*EDIT* I also have 2 questions about the NPatch:

A) Will it affect my current version of RA2/YR(will I still be able to play online?)?
B) Does it have all the stuff from the previous Rack Patch?

*EDIT2* I looked at Vk's site and found the old RP. Should i use that or just get the NP?

Well, apparently, the new NPatch is supposed to be better. I can't say for sure since I haven't tested it yet.
