Well... Never happend to me before... And I don't think I've noticed it before.

But when I was going to mod my map the ol' way. (I used TibEd earlier)
So... Let's make the apoc shoot lasers and fire mini-nukes on the aircrafts. :hyper:

And hey! Where the hell has my Rules.Ini gone. Seems like if I've never had one. :chin:

That's a bummer... Suggestions, anyone?

What, exactly, are you asking?

Where is my Rules.Ini :gnarly:
I don't have one!

Well...
Basicly, these are the Ini files I have.
WolinfoMD.Ini
Register.Ini
RA2MD.Ini
Ra2.Ini

And... That's all, I guess.
Because I need to find out all the units rules, abilities, and such. (NOT by using TibEd)

Uh... Uhm... Okee... I'll stick with TibEd for now.

NO! Don't stick with TibEd! TibEd is useless for good modding! This is what you do: Download XCC Utilities. Install them. Open XCC Mixer. With this program, open ra2.mix. Then open local.mix. Then right click on "rules.ini" and click "Extract" and save it in your RA2 directory as an .ini file. Then open this file and look closely at every unit to figure out all the units' rules, abilities, and such.

Is it just me, or does everyone get a "Page cannot be found" when I click any of the XCC Mixer <Version>
