antlr.runtime.dll and antlr.astframe.dll

After reading through a critical error while building my mod, I saw that the builder needed the antlr files to fully compile my work (just simple rebalancing of units). I went to the Antlr website and downloaded the program like the readme says to, however when I look in the lib folder of Antlr, I see no dll files at all. Could someone please upload either the individual dll's or tell me what I could be doing wrong?

You downloaded the source files rather than the installer. The installer is a .msi file, except internet explorer tries to download as a htm(l) file, so you need to right-click and "save target as" a .msi file. Its the antlr-2.7.7.msi file you want under "RPMs, MSI and zips".
