View Full Version : Placing Buildings

I've seen some games on YouTube where the player has placed their buildings by just clicking on the ground where they wanted it placed, as apposed to first clicking the building in the sidebar and then clicking where they wanted it to be placed. How this done?! I'm assuming hotkeys or such the like... :scared:
I'm just thinking this would give a few extra seconds for tank production blah, blah. Or, it could've been a dream and no such thing can be done. But if it is real I'd like to know!... unless it involves messing with the *****ing files in my *****ing computer. I would only go to that length for Counter-Strike.

When your building is ready, you can simply press Q for main buildings and W for sub buildings to select it.

I know pressing 'Q' brings me to my main building tab, but if I press it then click on the battle ground, will it place the building without me having to manually click on the completed construction then on the battle ground?
I shall try this.

Remember that the building must be ready. Also think that this trick can help alot, but is not an insurance you win when you use and others don't on most maps (the exceptions are the small maps)

It allows For you to que your next building faster. So you have further production than them. Helps a lot :)
