HELP!!! where to save in Vista???

I have been trying for ages to figure out where to save the data from downloaded MODS in a Vista system, some say to make the folder in appdata. Others say it should be there after downloading MODSWK which i have done and the mods I ahve downloaded still arent showing in the game browser. Can someone please tell me where to save the mods, t is probably somewhere easy but I must be overlooking it :)

I had problems with this as well. Default is at C:\Users\<insert your user name>\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars

then create a folder called mods if you don't have it already.
