Editing C&C:TD templates

Is there a program I can use to edit the templates in Command & Conquer: Tiberian Dawn? I tried to open them with XCC TMP Editor, but it said "Unexpected File Format".

The XCC TMP Editor is used for Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun. You should be able to edit and convert the TD/RA tiles more easily using PSP/PhotoShop/GiMP/whatever image editor.

Okay, thanks...but how do I convert them to pcx, and how do I convert them back to the kinds of files they were before?

XCC Mixer for both.

Which version? The version I have can't convert templates, and XCC Mixer 1.45 doesn't work on my computer for whatever reason.
EDIT: When I try to run XCC Mixer 1.45 on my computer, it pops up with a window that has "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" at the top, and says:

Runtime error!

Program L: \Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command...

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I click on okay, and then an error pops up saying that XCC Mixer has encountered an error and needs to close. Then I click on "Don't Send" and the program closes.
