I tried to understand wat i means cause i was gonna just use it and with the way i am if i don't understand sumthin then i won't use it untill i understand it >> so if you explain how they westwood developers got this code i'd b very happy :)

You don't need that... you just need the structure ID from the [BuildingTypes] list. Check the corrected arrays at ModEnc to get the right one.
