simply put, as the title says this a thread that should test your firearm identification skills in the spirit of chuck's airplane identification thread
and if you know how these threads work by now, you should know it goes like this:
*answer to the post above*
and then put in another picture (make sure you change the filename so it isn't given away too quickly)

Looks similar to a Finnish Suomi, if not one of the Soviet subguns that share those designs.

I don't know, at the time they were under the threat of becoming Soviet Finland, so naming their gun Finnish Finland might make some sense :p

Looks similar to a Sten, a tube with a trigger and a reciever. I can't make out the markings.

no, hint: look at the size of the clip. though it is derived from the AK series of assault rifles.
Edit: I'm sure camel's pic is of an AA-12 automatic shotgun.

Dude, that could be any of 15+ sniper rifles with that design; for instance, an older VSS Vintorez with a custom stock.

M1A Scout. I've fired one before, and the top bolt is unique among its kind. Very nice, easy, low recoil rifle.

I'll give someone a ****ing cookie if they can get this one.

Nah, Brown Bess was a typical musket, not something like that. It looks like a Blunderbuss to me (a primitive shotgun, if you don't know that is, but you probably do). I couldn't say anything more specific than that though.
