I did a search or two and didn't find the answer I was looking for, so here goes...
In the current map I am working on, I wish to make some units follow a long path of about 20 waypoints.
If the units taking this path are neutral, then they do the whole thing without problems, but when they are instead property of a player (Player @ C currently, and the player is meant to be AI for the map to work properly), they only follow the waypoints for a certain time.
When creating the test unit 90 seconds into the game, it only went to the first waypoint. Creating it 15 seconds in lets it get to the fourth.
How would I go about making sure they follow the waypoints all the way? It's pretty important, since I'm making a WC3 style TD map, and the enemies need to reach their objective.
Edit: Upon further inspection, it appears to be an AI issue - giving them an IQ of 0 makes them initially act dormant, but just before the unit reaches the fourth waypoint, they deploy their MCVs as if they suddenly sprung into action.
I guess the AI is recruiting the test unit or something? :\
Might as well ask this here too: How do I make an invisible infantry unit - it's used as a money token in a convoluted bounty system for the enemies involving invisible grinders... Image=none works, but it slows the game down to a crawl while the little guys are around, and that's hardly practical.
