I wish I could help, but I don't know about this problem, it might help me if I could actually see the words, also... so far their very fuzzy...

Make sure you're running CNC95 in "compatibility mode"

right click CNC95.exe, go to "Properties", click the "compatibility" tab, then

check the box that says "run in compatibility mode for: Windows 95"

Right. try check in compatibility mode. which windows are you using?

As should be obvious to you from the screenshot of his desktop, he is using some version of Windows XP.
