Crazy Game I Played With $5 Mil!

I just played this crazy game on Iron Dragon on multiplayer, each player started out with $5,000,000! Do any of you guys know how this was done? I know how to modify the game to do so but not to have it affect other players on an official map!

I would've uploaded the replay but I forgot to save it & I played another game to see if the hack didn't affect my game, it didn't. So I couldn't upload the "Last Replay" because it wasn't right one. I think I was playing mabey about 3 minutes, then I had to go do the dishes. That probably took about 7 minutes. When I got back, the SW general I was against had built tons of humveess! I was soon overun!

Did you out what to do to replicate this?

I am specifically interested in a single player skirmish mode if at all possible.
