map trouble

when i make a map using final alert i go to play it online and it says that the other person does not have the map but it doesnt say it will be transfered at the start of the game either and if i try to start the game it just keeps coming up (name) does not have this map

someone help me please

Go into Notepad and set Official=yes to Official=no.
