Hes saying that neither the first video nor the tank video took place in Sydney. I think the confusion here lies in what you meant when you said "That happened in Sydney too". Did you mean that there was another tank chase there, or what?

He worked at the base. He stopped taking his depression meds and (if i remember correctly) stole the tank without a hitch, the guards weren't paying attention, or were complacent because they knew him.

Thats nothing but an execution, the guy was dead the moment the cops started chasing him, he just didn't know it.

Yikes! When he said take him out, I thought he was just going to shoot his tires or something, not fire through the windshield! Got kind of hard to figure out what was going on when it started switching between cars.

Double yikes! I was living in San Diego when that was happening! Don't remember it though, I was only four. Man, if he knew how to fire that thing, it would be much worse!

He probably did. I don't think there was any ammo in it though. . .

Wtf, my reply didn't go through. Anyhow, here it goes again.
Tanks are made of two separate compartments: the drivers, and the turret. It takes 2 men to load and fire a Tank Cannon, and it takes a while. Not to mention that you can't drive and be in the turret at the same time, in some tanks it is quite hard to quickly move out of the driver's compartment into the turret.
He couldn't have fired even if he wanted to.

I don't see how there could be any confusion, I did say 'too' to imply that it happened there as well.

Because IK and I took "too" to refer to the first video, as in both videos took place in Sydney (hence IK's statement).

He COULD'VE. He would just have to stop the tank, go to the turret, load the gun, and fire. Sure it would take 10 minutes, but it COULD happen.
Also, dem new tanks with Auto Loaders only take 1 person, and can fire quite fast.

See, you're missing the point. In most tanks the Driver CAN'T get into the turret without actually getting out of the tank and hopping into the turret from above. The tank and turret are two different sections.

Not the tank in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade! :D
(I hope it's the Last Crusade... or I'm going to look stupid. Stupid like a fox.)
